Order Processing:

As soon as you place your order we start processing it and it takes between 1 to 5 business days for your item to ship, with the following exception: If an item in your order qualifies as 'made-to-order', processing and production could take up to 10 business days. Once an item in your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email from us with the Tracking Number.

NOTE: Import customs tariffs would be INCLUDED with your order, so you don't have to worry about any customs fees on your package upon delivery.

Purchase Protection

If an item you ordered gets delayed in transit by logistics and doesn't arrive in 30 days from the date it has been shipped out, please contact us at orders@deerdoll.com with your order number to request a refund or a replacement for that item.
