Please rest assured that your order is on your way and will be arriving to you, but depending on the airlines activity and the pandemic situation in your country, a delay in package arrival due to Covid-19 should be expected.
As soon as you place your order we start processing it and it takes between 1 to 5 business days for your item to ship, with the following exception: If an item in your order qualifies as 'made-to-order' processing and production could take up to 10 business days. Once an item in your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email from us with the Tracking Number.
Please be aware that shipping times can vary and we are unable to give precise international delivery estimates due to deliveries being affected by many factors: destination country, national holidays, weather, customs clearance, global pandemics and unprecedented events.
Generally, once a package gets shipped it may take approximately ~ 10-30 business days from Asia to the U.S., Europe, Canada, Australia, UK, Japan and approximately ~ 15-40 business days to all other countries via our FREE Complimentary Standard Shipping.
If you are expecting your order in the month of December, your package delivery could be delayed due to the busy holiday season.
Express Shipping: We currently don't offer an Express Shipping option, sorry for any inconvenience.
Update: As of July 1st 2021, due to the new European Union VAT rules, which raised our shipping carrier prices, we are NO longer able to offer free return shipping for the European Union countries and the UK, sorry for the inconvenience.

We would only accept Returns in the following cases:
- Incorrect / wrongly shipped item
- Item is incorrect size/color
- Item is defective or not as described
How to Submit a Return Request:
1) Please submit a Return Request by contacting us at: email@example.com within 3 days from the item's delivery date.
Please include the following information in your email:
1. Order Number
2. Description of the issue
3. Photo of the Item received and Photo of the Shipping label on the package
Your return request would be forwarded to our Returns Department (Mon-Friday) and would be subject to approval. Any eligible requests approved by our Returns Dept would be provided with a return authorization. As soon as the Return Item in its original quality and tags attached is received to our return address, your refund for the item would be issued. Please don't forget, issues must be reported within 3 days of receiving your package, so we can successfully initiate the return process for your order.

I want to exchange my item for a different size or different product / changed my mind
Sorry, we are unable to process exchanges due to the limited stock of our merchandise. We don't accept any returns and exchanges so please be certain before ordering to avoid any issues of this sort. If you have a question about an item you received don't hesitate to contact us so we can help you resolve it.
Didn't read the Size Measurements and item doesn't fit me
In order to avoid disappointments of this kind, please carefully read the item description and refer to the item Size Measurements/Chart before placing an order as most of our clothing comes in Asian Sizes which differ from US/EU/UK/AU sizes and we also have a Size Guide on every item page stating that information. Please be sure to check the Item Size measurements before ordering - by comparing the item measurements to your own measurements, you should get a pretty accurate fit and be able to find out which size you should order or contact us for assistance.
Tracking shows item as "Delivered" but I never got it
In the rare and unfortunate event of your package getting lost/missing or stolen when tracking is showing that your package has been "Delivered", we unfortunately cannot supply you with a refund or offer you a replacement, so please keep an eye on your mail carrier when delivery date is close and contact your local post office/shipping provider for assistance in case your package goes missing.
