We accept Returns in the following cases:
- Incorrect / wrongly shipped item
- Item is incorrect size/color
- Item is defective or not as described
How to Submit a Return Request:
1) Please submit a Return Request by contacting us at: email@example.com within 3 days from the item's delivery date.
Please include the following information in your email:
1. Order Number
2. Description of the issue
3. Photo of the Item received and Photo of the Shipping label on the package
All submitted return requests would be forwarded to our Returns Department (Monday - Friday) and would be subject to approval. All eligible claim requests would receive return authorization email with instructions on how to easily return the item. Once the Return Item is received in its original quality and tags attached, your refund or store-credit would be processed or your exchange would be sent out. Please don't forget, issues must be reported within 3 days of receiving your package, so we can successfully initiate the return process for your order.
*Lingerie/underwear, wigs, swimsuits, hats, jewelry and accessories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
I want to exchange my item for a different size or different product / changed my mind

How can I make an exchange instead of a return?

I didn't read the Size Measurements and the item doesn't fit me
In order to avoid disappointments of this kind, please carefully read the item description and refer to the item Size Measurements/Chart before placing an order as most of our clothing comes in Asian Sizes which differ from US/EU/UK/AU sizes, we also have a Size Guide on every item page. Please be sure to check the Item Size measurements before ordering (manual measurements is allowed to have +/- 4cm difference) - by comparing the item measurements to your own measurements, you should get a pretty accurate fit and be able to find out which size you should order or contact us for assistance.
